Our Founders
Spring International Training College was founded by Director Sir Elvis Ingadi and Deputy Director Mrs. Eva Kituyi, a dynamic duo and spouses with a shared vision for education. Their leadership and commitment have been instrumental in the growth and success of the college.

Mrs. Eva Kituyi, the Deputy Director of Spring International Training College, brings a rich background in public health to her role.
