It’s advisable to book at least 1-2 months in advance to secure your preferred test date and location.

You will need a valid passport or national ID, depending on the test country requirements.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your test up to five weeks before the test date, though fees may apply.

Results are available 13 days after the test date for paper-based tests and 3-5 days for computer-delivered tests.

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Please ensure your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds to complete the transaction.

Currently, the IELTS is primarily conducted at authorized test centers to ensure the integrity and security of the exam. Some locations offer the IELTS on a computer at the test center.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your test details. Please check your spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox.

If you have special requirements, such as accessibility accommodations, please inform us at the time of registration. We strive to accommodate all candidates to ensure a fair testing environment.

The type of test (computer-delivered or paper-based) does not affect the format or content. The only difference is the medium in which you take the test. Results for computer-delivered tests are available quicker than the paper-based test.

If you are late or unable to attend the test for any reason, please contact the test center as soon as possible. You may be able to reschedule or apply for a refund under certain circumstances, but this may incur a fee.

We offer a range of preparatory materials, including practice tests, sample questions, and preparation guides. These resources are designed to help familiarize you with the test format and types of questions you will encounter.

Changes to your test type (from Academic to General Training, or vice versa) are possible but must be made at least five weeks before the test date. This is subject to availability and may involve additional fees.
